Welcome to our CAR T-Cell Journey podcast!  Our first episode explains how this whole thing started.  Brendan is a 20-year-old guy who was living in Minneapolis when he was diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) with a Philadelphia-like chromosome.  Brendan tried chemo, of course, but unfortunately he didn’t respond to that treatment.  We are very fortunate that CAR T therapy is available for this specific type of leukemia.  It’s the bleeding edge of medical technology.
